Position: Summer 2026 Management Trainee Intern - T.F. Green Airport

Overview

For a university/college student, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. You’ll gain real‑world professional experience that stands apart from the crowd and is more than a line on your resume.

Position Details

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) paid internship with a starting rate of $19.00 per hour. The position is located at the T.F. Green International Airport:

Warwick, RI 02886

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, every day is different and full of new, exciting, rewarding and sometimes unexpected opportunities. We’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees, to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, care for customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During the internship, you’ll apply what you learn to complete projects and engage in friendly competition with peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be a rising senior enrolled full‑time in a bachelor’s degree program at a 4‑year college or university with an anticipated graduation date between August 2026 and August 2027.
  • Must have experience in any of the following areas: customer service, sales, leadership, or collegiate athletics at a level above the undergraduate level.
  • Must have a valid unrestricted driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
  • No drug or alcohol related incidents on your record in the past five years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be willing to accept the pay of $19.00 per hour.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week for a full 10‑12 weeks with the availability to start late May to early June 2026.
