Family-owned and trusted since 1949, Rhode Island Home Improvement (RIHI) has built a reputation as one of New England’s most reliable home improvement companies. We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic, and driven Field Marketing Manager to lead our field team and drive new business.

• Lead and inspire a canvassing team to generate high-quality leads daily.
• Onboard, coach, and develop canvassers to hit performance goals and maximize earnings.
• Manage scheduling, team logistics, and canvassing routes to ensure peak productivity.
• Represent the RIHI brand in the community and uphold company values.
• Participate in canvassing efforts as needed to drive results.

• Proven leadership experience — especially in door-to-door sales or canvassing
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable knocking on doors and making connections
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bonus:
  Bilingual is a plus

• Base Salary: $50,000/year + up to $40,000 in performance bonuses

Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts;
Weekend availability encouraged

Must be able to commute to or relocate to Warwick, RI.
