Position Summary

Assisting with daily gutter installations under the direction of the Field Gutter Manager, completing onsite customer installations and fabricating gutters using supplied equipment in varied field conditions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned territory to complete gutter and gutter protection installations at customer locations.
• Ensure daily job completion to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
• Assist the Field Gutter Manager with gutter and gutter protection installations.
• Provide quality installation services by following established training processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service experience on the job site.
• Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies.
• Hold a valid driver's license and operate a box truck safely.
• Comfortably ascend and descend ladders of varying heights to perform services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience And

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in home construction, remodeling, or gutter installation.
• Demonstrated superior quality and attention to detail throughout the installation process.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and shift attention quickly without dropping the ball.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with a proactive mindset.
• Strong active listening skills to comprehend information and respond thoughtfully.
• Detail‑oriented, efficient, and effective in task execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Logical reasoning, problem‑solving, and reflective thinking capabilities.
• Empathy in all interactions through in‑person, phone, email, and social media channels.

• Self‑driven and responsible for achieving business goals and performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access).
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Or Certifications

• Experience in gutter, gutter protection system installation, repair, or inspection.

Travel Requirements

• Occasional overnight travel required.

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements

• Additional hours may be required based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Work in field office, manufacturing, or construction environments.
• Perform work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
• Medium physical exertion: lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 30 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs continuously.
