Litigation Associate Attorney (3–5 Years Experience)

Location: Eastern Connecticut

We are currently seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our general litigation practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with 3–5 years of experience who is looking to grow their litigation skills within a supportive and well-established firm.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of general litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and court appearances
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the Connecticut Bar
• Eligible for immediate admission to practice before the U.S. District Court
• 3–5 years of experience practicing law
• Litigation experience strongly preferred but not required
• Strong analytical, writing, and
• Client-focused, organized, and self-motivated
• Interest in building a long-term practice within a team environment
