Growth & Marketing Specialist – Contract Role
This role is a Growth & Marketing Specialist contract position, hybrid in Warwick, with a competitive day rate. Requires 3+ years in growth marketing, B2B SaaS experience, strong analytics skills, and client-facing communication abilities. Expected duration: over 6 months.
About the roleWe are looking for a client-facing Growth & Marketing Specialist to join on a contract basis and help our clients scale. You’ll design and deliver growth strategies (digital and non-digital), lead marketing campaigns, and work closely with our product and development teams to turn ideas into measurable business outcomes. This is a hands‑on role focused on growth‑strategy, execution, measurement and client delivery.
Keyresponsibilities
- Work directly with clients to develop business growth plans and marketing strategies tailored to their goals.
- Create and execute digital marketing programs (SEO, PPC, social, email, content, CRO).
- Design non‑digital growth initiatives (partnerships, events, PR, sales enablement) where appropriate.
- Translate strategy into clear deliverables: roadmaps, campaign briefs, KPI dashboards, experiment plans.
- Coordinate with Alberon’s development/product teams to align marketing with product features and technical capabilities.
- Set, track and report on KPIs and ROI; use data to iterate campaigns and growth experiments.
- Train/mentor client teams and provide clear handovers for ongoing activity.
- Manage budgets, timelines and stakeholder communications for client engagements.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in growth marketing, growth consulting, or senior marketing roles; agency/consultancy experience is a strong plus.
- Track record delivering measurable growth for B2B clients (ideally SaaS / tech / software).
- Hands‑on experience across digital channels: SEO, paid search/social, email, content and CRO.
- Strong analytics skills – ability to set up and interpret dashboards, run A/B tests and measure impact.
- Excellent client‑facing and communication skills; comfortable presenting strategy to senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working on contract, prioritising multiple clients/projects and delivering clear outcomes.
- Experience working alongside software/web development teams or with product-led businesses.
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Experience with GA4, attribution models, and advanced reporting tools.
- Background in B2B demand‑gen and sales enablement.
- Basic understanding of web technologies/APIs to translate technical features into marketing value.
