Experience: 1–3 years in computer/desktop support
Job Summary:
Provide onsite desktop and field support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, diagnose, maintain, and service desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and low-end servers at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and network devices
- Perform hardware repairs, disk replacements, re-imaging, and software installations
- Support legacy systems and enterprise storage products
- Handle installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC)
- Test and certify systems and approved applications
- Ensure SLA compliance and update tickets in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintain high professionalism and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of desktop/field support experience
- Basic hardware, software, and networking skills
- Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
