This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Warwick, RI, for a Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will manage and process employee payroll, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, address and resolve payroll discrepancies, and handle garnishments and payroll‑related inquiries. You will also collaborate closely with clients to provide exceptional payroll services tailored to meet their individual needs.

• Knowledge and experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
• Proficient in managing Garnishments and Payroll Taxes
• Strong understanding of Payroll Services and compliance requirements
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in payroll software and general computer skills
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience in calculating and processing employee pay, including benefits, is a plus
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
