What you will be doing
  • Support two Vishay locations (Attleboro, MA and Warwick, RI) with hands-on, day-to-day HR activities and foster strong relationships with site leaders.
  • Provide full cycle Human Resources support in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational change, collaborating with site leaders.
  • Execute employee engagement initiatives, deliver excellent internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement.
  • Partner with site leaders to oversee talent management processes including workforce planning, onboarding, promotions, change leadership, and organizational design and development.
  • Drive business results by working closely with leaders to improve working relationships, morale, productivity, and employee engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and influence business decisions and results.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to analyze trends and metrics to inform program and policy decisions.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (coaching, counseling, career development, corrective actions).
  • Act as a neutral party, providing a balanced perspective for both employees and leaders.
What you will bring along
  • BS in Human Resources or Business Management
  • 3-5+ years related experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Solid analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday) is beneficial
  • Positive attitude and a team player
