The Laundry Attendant is a crucial element to the success of Coury Hospitality. This position will be responsible for the cleaning, pressing, and folding of laundry as needed. They may also be responsible for the maintenance of laundry equipment and other duties around the facility. The Laundry Attendant will be the first line in ensuring that all textiles, linens, and other laundered items are well cared for and maintained.

• Sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding clothing and other textile items.
• Removing stains from items using the appropriate procedures.
• Tracking which items belong to whom.
• Keeping an updated inventory of laundry detergents and sewing kits.
• Tracking maintenance and repairs on laundering equipment.
• Ensuring that the facility always remains clean.
• Anticipating and responding to customers' queries, concerns, and complaints.
• Assist fellow laundry attendants in loading and unloading laundry washers and dryers.
• Maintain inventory level which includes detergents, sewing machines, detergent cakes, and others. Keep it updated on a regular basis.
• Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Provide various other laundry services if required.

• Desirable: fluency in English.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to be well groomed, clean, and neat.
