RI FULL-TIME-HYBRID 2 to 4 days per month in office

Program Coordinator – CTC-RI

CTC-RI is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of key healthcare improvement projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and wants to help advance statewide healthcare initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day coordination of assigned projects and support project teams.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and quality standards-taking action when issues arise.
  • Use data management platforms to collect, organize, and present project results.
  • Plan and facilitate team and project meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, invoices, and budget tracking materials.
  • Communicate regularly with collaborators, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Support event planning for CTC‑sponsored learning programs.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts and assist with onboarding new staff.
  • Represent CTC‑RI in external meetings and presentations.
  • Provide backup support for other project coordinators as needed.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required;
    Master's degree a plus.
  • 3–5 years of project coordination or project management support experience.
  • Experience in public health, healthcare, health policy, or data management preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of data collection, quality improvement, or applied health services research is valuable.
