About Us:

We are a leading substance use disorder treatment facility with over 40 years of licensed, certified experience, offering a warm and welcoming environment for both clients and staff. Our programs include specialized treatment for the D/deaf and hard of hearing communities, and all services are available in Spanish. We are committed to providing comprehensive care through Residential, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to a team of therapists and counselors delivering services in Residential, IOP, and OP settings.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring the use of evidence‑based practices.
  • Conduct regular case reviews and ensure clinical documentation meets compliance and quality standards.
  • Facilitate clinical training, support staff development, and offer mentorship to enhance the team’s skill set.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care for clients, including those who are Spanish‑speaking or part of the D/deaf and hard of hearing community.
  • Monitor program outcomes and contribute to ongoing program development and improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Active RI licensure in one of the following: LCDC, LICSW, LMFT or LMHC
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in substance use disorder treatment.
  • Strong knowledge of SUD treatment modalities and evidence‑based practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
