• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, and clean and inspect equipment
• Answer customer inquiries and educate them regarding products and services
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing a minimum of diy 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in environments with Ôret moderate risks or discomforts
• Commitment to ongoing education and training offered by U-Haul

• Mechanical background or experience in a related field
• Previous customer service experience, particularly in a retail or service environment
• Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification through U-Haul
• Experience with equipment inspection or maintenance
• Familiarity with safety precautions related to working with moving parts or machines
