We are seeking an experienced Transportation / Civil Engineer to support and lead technical efforts on a variety of transportation and infrastructure projects throughout New England.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
What You’ll Do- Provide technical support and manage engineering aspects of transportation-related projects
- Perform detailed design, prepare and review contract documents, and develop construction cost estimates and specifications
- Apply AASHTO and RIDOT design standards (MassDOT experience a plus)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams across multiple offices
- Deliver responsive client service and clear internal and external communication
- Travel within New England as needed
- 5–10 years of transportation/civil engineering design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D
- Experience with RIDOT, RIDEM, and CRMC requirements
- Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for site and roadway design
- Strong understanding of roadway and infrastructure construction practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to mentor and support junior staff
- PE license preferred
