This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Warwick, RI. The Director of Enrollment Management will oversee and implement strategies for student recruitment, retention, and enrollment planning.

• Develop and execute strategic enrollment plans
• Manage the admissions process
• Conduct research on enrollment trends
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams for outreach efforts
• Set and manage enrollment‑related budgets
• Analyze data to inform decision‑making
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective families and community partners

• Proficiency in Enrollment Management and Strategic Enrollment Management strategies
• Strong skills in budgeting and strategic planning to support enrollment initiatives
• Experience with conducting and applying research to inform enrollment strategies
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership experience in education enrollment, admissions, or a related field
• A bachelor’s degree, with a master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
