• Physician‑owned and operated organization providing inpatient subacute rehabilitation consultation services throughout the country
• Focus on inpatient Pain Management post‑acute care
• Part‑time 1099 role with opportunity for full‑time work in near future
• In‑person visits to SNFs once/twice a week
• No weekends or calls

• Function as a healthcare provider for patients in a short‑term rehab setting within Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Candidates must be board certified or board eligible and qualify for medical licensure in the State of Rhode Island.
• 1 to 5 hrs/month

• Base Salary of $1,000 to oversee 2 mid‑level providers
• Additional $250 for each additional mid‑level they are overseeing
• Site visits to be compensated at $500 per visit
