We're looking for a creative, organised and commercially aware Social Media Coordinator to manage organic and paid social across two residential builder brands.

If you love content, understand algorithms, and know that social should convert — this role is for you.

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Create scroll-stopping posts, reels and stories
• Run paid Meta campaigns that generate real leads
• Manage community engagement and enquiries
• Showcase display homes, builds and customer stories
• Report on engagement, reach and CPL

You’ll have access to beautiful homes and real customer journeys

You’ll work closely with brand and digital — not in isolation

You’ll see your content translate into real enquiries

You’ll help shape the voice of two growing brands

• Have 2–4+ years social media experience
• Have 1-2 years of experience running paid Meta campaigns
• Can write compelling captions with commercial intent
• Are confident filming and capturing content onsite
• Are highly organised and comfortable working independently
• Have your own vehicle and valid driver's license (regular travel to display homes is required)
• Must have Australian work authorisation
