• Design, develop, and maintain the GenAI components of front-end applications broadly deployed across discretionary investing teams
• Drive the continuous improvement of existing platforms and the creation of new ones, utilizing the latest technologies and software development methodologies
• Foster close working relationships with other internal technology teams to advance cross-team initiatives and promote best practices in UI development
• Ensure the scalability and performance of front-end components to handle growing user demands and data volumes
• Conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards and foster a culture of quality and innovation
• Implement robust testing strategies, including unit and integration tests, to ensure the reliability and stability of the user interface
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for front-end components to aid in knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members

• Proficiency in modern UI frameworks such as React and Angular, and modern Node.js
• Knowledgeable in REST API integration and version control systems like Git Hub
• Expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD), with experience in unit testing and e2e test suites using tools like Protractor or alternatives
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma and 3rd party grid/charting tools (e.g., ag-grid, Highcharts)
• Thorough understanding of asynchronous mechanisms (Promises, Observables) and creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules
• Extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods for performant visual effects and validating user actions with responsive feedback
• Experience coordinating with server infrastructure for delivering front-end applications and assets, and understanding platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to guide discussions and provide technical guidance
