HVAC Technician

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling located in Warsaw, IN is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Technician to go into the homes of our clients and service their HVAC systems after completing on-the-job-training. This position is offered pay of $55,000 – $80,000
, depending on experience, a sign-on bonus of $5,000, with uncapped incentives, and spiffs! The typical workday starts at 7:30 am and ends dependent upon call volume. We also offer amazing benefits which include 2 weeks vacation after 90 days (pro-rated), paid holidays, a 401(k) plan, health insurance, vision, dental, company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, work phone, iPad, gas card, take-home van, and company-sponsored lunches, and events plus a $5000 Sign on Bonus with minimum 1-yr experience!

• Understand operation of various Residential HVAC systems
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and repair error codes
• Able to participate in an on-call rotation
• At least 3 years prior field experience
• Must reside within 30 minutes of our primary office.
