DescriptionAre you a driven, hunter-minded sales professional with a passion for technology and relationship-building? We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative to grow our Managed IT Services business by identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to our clients.
What You’ll Do- Own the full sales cycle for IT solutions, including:
- Managed IT Services & All-Inclusive offerings
- Network and infrastructure solutions
- Hardware and maintenance contracts
- Prospect, identify, and engage net-new clients while nurturing existing customer relationships
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs and align them with the ServIT sales approach
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to design customized Managed Services solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive, hunter-style role
- 5–10 years of B2B technology sales experience (Managed Services preferred)
- Proven success in an outside sales or hunter role with quota-carrying responsibility
- Strong business acumen with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently while partnering cross-functionally
- Comfortable prospecting through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- Performance-based compensation plan with no earnings cap
