• Facility: Community Hospital – Modern Surgery Department
• Assignment Start Date: January 26, 2026
• Assignment End Date: March 23, 2026
• Contract Duration: 8-week travel nursing contract
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 32-40 hours/week
• On-Call: 1-2 nights per week, weekend/holiday rotation
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• Orientation: Traveler onboarding and EPIC training in Fort Wayne, IN

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room Circulator experience required
• Active Indiana RN license or compact state nursing license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA required)
• Clinical proficiency in circulating service lines:
  General Surgery, Robotics, Orthopedics, C-sections, GYN, Neuro/Spine, Podiatry, Endoscopy
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred

• Circulate in diverse surgical procedures: general, orthopedic, robotics, neuro/spine, and more
• Deliver patient care in two operating rooms and two endoscopy suites
• Participate in call rotation (1-2 nights/week, weekends/holidays)
• Float to Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical team (Call team: OR RN, CST, SAU RN)
• Adhere to hospital dress code (hospital-provided scrubs, closed-toe shoes, surgical head covering)
• Complete traveler orientation and EPIC training
