Description

Manufacturing plant; will be required to wear personal protective equipment per policy and may be requested to work overtime per production schedule.

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

The ability to read and write in English.

A thorough knowledge of Flexadux product lines and construction requirements.

Capability of meeting production standards and exceeding established standards on occasion during normal production runs.

Maintain records of material used and machine conditions.

Ability to read and use calipers, tape measures, weight scales, and plug gauges.

Ability to mix materials as needed.

Ability to perform mathematical calculations normally required through a 12th grade education.

Typical Duties and

Essential Responsibilities:

Understands and operates Flexadux hose machines and downstream equipment for production and quality of the product manufactured. Includes 1st article inspection and audit sheets.

Responsible for maintenance and general condition of machine and equipment in area. Completion of work request forms if needed.

Responsible for correct reporting of labor and materials used in production as well as footage of product manufactured.

Responsible for correct packaging of all products.

Responsible for maintaining open communications with supervisor regarding condition of equipment, quality of raw materials, and product produced.

Responsible for housekeeping and organization of your area and related areas in department.

Responsible for correct packaging of all products.

Responsible for safe work area, including prompt reporting of any safety hazards to the safety committee or supervisor.

Performs any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor or other management as required.
