Group Leader, Facilities Maintenance

** WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
** We are seeking a proactive and experienced Group Leader for Facilities and Maintenance to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and improvement of our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
** WHAT YOU GET TO DO:**
* ** Lead and supervise
** the facilities and maintenance team to ensure timely and effective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
* ** Develop and implement
** preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
* Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support manufacturing goals.
* ** Ensure compliance
** with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
* ** Manage maintenance budgets,
** inventory, and procurement of tools and spare parts.
* ** Oversee facility systems including
** HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
* ** Respond
* * to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
* ** Train and mentor
** maintenance staff, promoting continuous improvement and skill development.
* ** Maintain accurate records
** of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
** WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of experience in facilities or maintenance roles within a manufacturing environment.
* Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
* Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
