We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles. The ideal candidate understands the unique challenges of manufacturing talent markets, can partner effectively with hiring managers, and brings a hands‑on, proactive approach to sourcing and hiring top talent. Experience with Workday is a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, engineering, maintenance, and leadership positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and deliver a positive candidate experience
- Support offer development, negotiations, and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system (Workday experience preferred)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
- Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven experience recruiting for high-volume and/or hard-to-fill manufacturing roles
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems;
Workday experience is a plus - Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment
