We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles. The ideal candidate understands the unique challenges of manufacturing talent markets, can partner effectively with hiring managers, and brings a hands‑on, proactive approach to sourcing and hiring top talent. Experience with Workday is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, engineering, maintenance, and leadership positions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and deliver a positive candidate experience
  • Support offer development, negotiations, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system (Workday experience preferred)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proven experience recruiting for high-volume and/or hard-to-fill manufacturing roles
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems;
    Workday experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment
