Manufacturing Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)
We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to add an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter
/
Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume hiring across salary and hourly manufacturing roles. In this contract role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruiting lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
- Lead intake meetings and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting through offer
- Source and attract manufacturing talent using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Manage candidate activity in Workday ATS, including postings, tracking, and reporting
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Track recruiting activity and key metrics to support hiring goals
- Collaborate with HR and TA partners on recruiting initiatives and process improvements
- 5–8 years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring for both hourly and salaried roles
- Hands-on experience using Workday ATS
- 3+ years of sourcing experience with Linked In Recruiter
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
