• Provide basic care to patients and assist them with daily activities
• Monitor patients for changes and promptly report them to the nursing team

• Certified in the State of Indiana

• To conform to basic qualifications set forth by the Indiana Department of Health (read, write, and perform simple mathematics)
• Successfully complete the Basic Aide Training Course
• Ability to satisfactorily pass the physical examination required for gainful employment

Evening shifts available

Compensation: $18.75-$19.50 per hour, with a $5.00/hr weekend option rate
