RN​/LPN - Weekend Option; Night Shift

We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with excellent clinical skills, confidence as a healthcare professional, and a desire to develop relationships with co‑workers and patients. This role offers growth, variety, and the foundation for a future career.

As a Charge Nurse at Miller’s, you are responsible for the nursing care of patients on your shift. You follow the Comprehensive Care Plan for each patient, assist the Unit Manager with thorough and accurate documentation in the patient record as needed, and supervise the direct resident care personnel on your shift.

General

• Currently licensed and registered to practice as a professional nurse in the State of Indiana
• Successfully complete the pre‑employment process and screening
• Pass the physical examination required for gainful employment within the facility
• Maintain a professional manner and appearance

• Familiarity with nursing policies and procedures
• Administration of medication, knowledge of possible side effects, treatment administration, and awareness of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to resident care
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices
• Understanding of the physical, psychological, social, and medical needs of residents
• Knowledge of the organizational structure and duties of employees under the supervision of the unit manager

Tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.

Part‑time Night Shift (Weekend Option) – 10 PM to 6 AM.
