Overview

Role: Oversee the daily operations of a residential group home, including supervision of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

Objective: Provide support and supervision to ensure high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Pay: $21.63 per hour

• Role:
  Oversee the daily operations of a residential group home, including supervision of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Objective:
  Provide support and supervision to ensure high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Supervision:
  Manage DSPs, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
• Accounting:
  Ensure accurate management of individuals  funds.
• Program Implementation:
  Oversee and document each individual s program plan.
• Health & Safety:
  Monitor health and safety, ensure medical appointments are completed, and medications are administered properly.
• Relationships:
  Maintain positive relationships with families, guardians, and support staff.
• Compliance:
  Adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as Cardinal Services  policies and procedures.
• Environment:
  Create a supportive, fun environment for both individuals served and employees.
• Impact:
  Show a desire to positively impact the lives of others.

• Preferred:
  Previous management experience and experience working with persons with developmental disabilities.
• Requirements:
• Valid driver s license.
• Current auto insurance.
• Ability to transport individuals safely.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in a human services setting with a favorable background check.
