SHIFT:
Nights 7P to 7A every 3rd weekend; no on-call requirements

REQUIRED:

May be asked to float to MS Telemetry, Ratio 6:1

BLOCK SCHEDULING:
Not an option

REQUIREMENTS:

** RN IN licensure

** ACLS, BLS required

** Current driver's license

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Critical care skills;
No ECHMO or trauma ERRT

** 1-2 years' critical care experience

TYPES OF SERVICES:
Critical Care and Progressive Care unit - Vent patients

SCOPE OF ROLE:
Taking care of vent dependent, IV drips, IV sedation, Recoveries after hours occasionally

NUMBER OF BEDS IN FACILITY: 72 beds

NUMBER OF BEDS IN UNIT: 14 beds

MONTHLY DEPARTMENT VOLUME: 175

PATIENT RATIO: 3:1 or 2:1 depending on type of patient, 1:5 if MS overflow
