Manufacturing Engineer
We are seeking a Staff Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures from product design through production. This role partners closely with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to support product launches, process improvements, and ongoing manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate manufacturing processes (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Design tooling, fixtures, and process improvements
- Lead pFMEA and root cause analysis (DMAIC)
- Perform data analysis, capability studies (Cpk), and DOE
- Support product transfers, validation, and cost reduction initiatives
- Maintain design control and quality system documentation
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering (or related)
- 0–5 years manufacturing experience (medical device preferred)
- 2+ years CNC machining experience (programming a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and process validation
- Understanding of FDA, ISO, and quality system regulations
