We are looking for a hands‑on and highly reliable Systems Engineer to support IT infrastructure at the Warsaw manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for ensuring plant systems, servers, networks, and endpoints are stable, secure, and aligned with corporate IT standards while meeting the real‑time operational needs of manufacturing. The Systems Engineer will work closely with Manufacturing, Controls, and Engineering teams to support production uptime, plant expansions, and SOP readiness.

• Deploy, manage, and support plant IT infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, and backups.
• Support MES, plant‑floor applications, historian systems, and PLC‑adjacent infrastructure.
• Maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and local virtualization platforms.
• Partner with Network Engineering to ensure plant network readiness (VLANs, segmentation, Wi‑Fi).
• Implement patching, monitoring, and asset management aligned with corporate standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production‑impacting issues with urgency and structured escalation.
• Support new equipment onboarding, line installs, and plant expansions.
• Enforce cybersecurity and OT segmentation policies at the plant level.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and recovery procedures for plant systems.

• Collaboration skills: Strong ability to work daily with Manufacturing, Controls, and Operations teams in a fast‑paced plant environment.
• Technical skills: Deep understanding of Windows Server, virtualization, backups, and plant infrastructure.
• Execution skills: Proven ability to resolve issues quickly and deliver stable plant operations.
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of systems engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Preferred: MES, OT systems, VMware/Hyper‑V, Azure hybrid exposure.
