Location: North West of England

Salary between 39,000 to 46,000 per annum depending on experience + 3,000 car allowance

Non Stop Consulting is looking for a Principal Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the North West of England, on a permanent basis.

They have an Outstanding Ofsted rating and they are therapeutic, so you will be part of a very nice working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
The Principal Social Worker will work closely with the Registered Fostering Manager and will support, supervise and promote foster parents to reach their full potential. You will also monitor, promote and ensure compliance with foster parents and staff.

This is a hybrid role, allowing you to have a lot of flexibility with your schedule and also be part of a very supportive team.

Requirements:

• Senior Practitioner or experienced Supervising Social Worker

• experience in fostering

• Supervisory or management experience

• Full driving licence
