Are you an experienced cabling engineer looking for a stable, rewarding role with room to grow? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and skilled Installation Engineer to join our team and deliver high-quality data and fibre installations across commercial and industrial sites.

This is a permanent position offering long-term career progression, diverse project work, and excellent earning potential. You’ll be hands-on with both first fix and second fix tasks, ensuring structured cabling systems are installed to the highest standards.

• Installing and terminating Cat5e, Cat6, and fibre optic cabling
• Carrying out first fix (routing, containment) and second fix (termination, testing, commissioning)
• Reading and working from site plans and technical drawings
• Diagnosing faults and performing cabling system repairs
• Keeping accurate records of installations and test results
• Collaborating with site managers and clients to ensure smooth delivery

• Solid experience in data cabling and fibre installations
• Confidence in both first and second fix work
• Familiarity with testing equipment (e.g. Fluke, OTDR)
• Strong grasp of on-site health & safety practices
• A full UK driving licence
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
