Key Responsibilities Dual Fuel Duties (London location):
Install and exchange gas and electricity smart meters in customers homes Deliver excellent customer service, including demonstrating meter functionality Conduct repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on installed meters Ensure full compliance with metering standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements Complete accurate job notes and documentation on company systems Warrant & 3-Phase Duties (London-Specific):
Attend warrant appointments alongside field representatives Install, maintain, and commission 3-Phase and polyphase metering Carry out isolations, energisations, and safety checks Maintain professionalism in challenging situations and customer environments

What Were Looking For MET1 CMA1 or CCN1 Single Phase Electric MOCOPA (1a and 1c) REGT1 and Polyphase Electric (desirable for Dual Fuel, essential for 3-Phase role) Warrant experience (desirable, essential for London positions) Minimum 2 years Dual Fuel smart metering experience Strong customer service and communication skills Commitment to safety and compliance Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points)
