Salary: £30,000–£70,000 per annum, OTE £65,000+ with commission

As a Sales Consultant you will be the go‑to professional, sparking conversations, understanding customer visions, and offering bespoke solutions that turn dreams into reality. Your role is crucial in exceeding customer expectations and achieving sales targets.

• Meet with homeowners in their homes or at our showroom through qualified leads.
• Proactively offer different suggestions and options to suit the customers’ needs and aspirations.
• Display a genuine caring approach, supporting customers in solving problems and filling the needs that their homes currently lack.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and communicate product features and benefits effectively.
• Close sales and meet sales targets to support the group’s growth targets.
