Compensation

Basic Salary of £20,000 with a realistic OTE of up to £45,000.

5 day working week across Monday to Sunday.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Treat every customer that walks into the dealership, sends you an email or calls you to talk about buying a car.
  • Learn about your customers – small details matter.
  • Help us achieve targets by supporting customers to buy a new or used car.
  • Work individually and as part of a team to keep potential and existing customers up to date by sending videos and checking in with any updates.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Take pride in maximising sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Be focused on achieving goals; possess excellent interpersonal skills and be recognised as a self‑motivated team player and target achiever.
  • Hold a minimum of 12 months successful track record in a customer‑facing, target‑driven sales environment.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
