Acosta Europe is a people‑centric agency dedicated to driving growth for our clients. As a Retail Field Sales Executive, you will maximise brand awareness and sales performance through effective in‑store execution and insight‑led decision making in the Warrington region.

• Visit stores daily to deliver client KPIs and execute impactful in‑store interventions.
• Build relationships with store teams, negotiate extra space, displays and ensure promotional activity is executed and audited accurately.
• Maintain strong compliance across all product launches and promotions and capture data through 360.
• Deliver valuable feedback on competitor activity and market insights and use sales data and alerts to take proactive actions in store.

• GCSE level in English and maths.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with key clients.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using 360 and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of in‑store systems and promotional execution.

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
• Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or field sales.

Salary: £26,000 (Permanent Full Time). Closing Date: 19 January 2026.
