As Marketplace Merchandiser for the UK and Ireland, you’ll develop and deliver assortments that help our wholesale team smash their sales targets. Based in our UK and Ireland head office in Warrington, Cheshire, we’re looking for a Marketplace Merchandiser who knows the retail world inside out and remains curious. A candidate to question how we can create a solid strategy to boost our bottom line.

Someone with a natural ability to build relationships and communicate ideas in new and exciting ways. • Provide valuable feedback on the product line for EMEA and Market before finalization.
• Build seasonal range plans by analyzing our competitors and the wider market.
• Collaborate with the Planner to consolidate insights from previous seasons, using historical analysis and market trends to guide future assortment strategies.
• Collaborate with other Merchandisers to assess performance, identify gaps in Marketplace Merchandising processes, and implement improvements.
• Partner with our wholesale team to build assortments that meet customer and consumer needs.
• Brief category teams on consumer and product requirements.
• Build relationships to help manage the flow and accuracy of our data.
• Work with our Marketing team to coordinate strategies for the wholesale market.

• Between 2 and 4 years’ experience in a large retail business.
• Preferably a university degree in business administration, finance or similar.
• Strong creative, presentation and visual skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Track record using relevant systems, paired with good financial awareness.
• A passion for sports fashion.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently as and when needed locally and to our European headquarters in The Netherlands.
• Strong proven analytical skills and proficient in Excel.
