Head Chef - Pub​/Hotel

Head Chef – Lead. Inspire. Create. We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Head Chef to take the reins of our kitchen and lead from the front. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes real pride in food, standards, and team development.

What you’ll be doing
 
Leading by example and setting exceptional kitchen standards
Delivering consistently outstanding food, every service
Managing stock control, ordering, and food safety best practice
Inspiring, motivating, and developing a talented kitchen team
Driving creativity through in-house specials and menu innovation
Taking full ownership of daily kitchen operations
Maintaining 5★ food hygiene standards at all times
Ensuring flawless presentation, timing, and attention to detail on every plate  About you
 
Proven experience as a Head Chef
Passionate about great food and high standards
Calm, organised, and confident in a fast-paced kitchen
