Chef (Nights)

Part‑time, 30 hours per week at Eurest UK (Compass Group UK&I).

• Monday: 8:00 pm – 2:00 am
• Tuesday – Friday: 6:15 pm – 12:15 am

Hourly night allowance of £2.52 for hours worked after 10:00 pm.

• Prepare and serve high‑quality food that delights customers and clients.
• Oversee and implement menu changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve food services.
• Act on customer feedback to continuously improve our services.
• Assist with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
• Represent Eurest and maintain a positive brand image.
• Monitor inventories to keep the kitchen well‑stocked.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations.

• Passionate about great‑tasting food and exceptional customer service.
• Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification.
• Have experience supervising a team.
• Have experience in a similar chef role.
• Hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
• Have a flexible approach to working hours.
