Quality Systems Assistant - Warrington

Monday to Friday working hours - 37.50 hours per week

£13.00 an hour

Manpower is currently looking for a Quality Systems Assistant to join our client's Quality Team in Warrington. This role plays an important part in keeping the site's Quality Management System (QMS) running smoothly, ensuring documentation is accurate, controlled, and compliant with internal procedures and regulatory standards.

What you'll be doing
  • Supporting the administration and maintenance of Quality Systems documentation
  • Handling the control and release of Manufacturing documents within the Electronic Document Management System (eDMS)
  • Coordinating the preparation, review, and approval of controlled documents in line with QMS requirements
  • Providing day-to-day QA administrative support to the Quality team, as well as Manufacturing and Technical Operations
  • Ensuring documentation tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in full compliance
  • Getting involved in continuous improvement activities relating to documentation and Quality Systems processes
What we're looking for Minimum requirements
  • Education in a scientific discipline or relevant experience in quality, manufacturing, engineering, or regulated administration would be advantageous
Preferred experience
  • Working knowledge of a Quality Management System (ISO 13485 and/or ISO 9001)
  • Experience using an eDMS
  • Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing or quality focused environment
Skills & attributes
  • Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail with a logical, structured approach
  • Able to follow procedures and work effectively in a regulated setting
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 is an advantage
