Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately pick and pack spare parts based on customer and workshop orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and reporting.
- Prepare and label shipments in line with company and shipping standards.
- Inspect parts for damage or defects before dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet trucks.

Skills, Experience, and

Education:

- Communication:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge/Expertise:
Previous experience in a spare parts or stores environment; GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

- Innovation: Able to work independently and use initiative to solve problems.
- Business Impact:
Willing to work outdoors and across rotating shift patterns; flexible with working hours and available for overtime when required.

Accountabilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tasks related to parts handling.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain operational efficiency.
