Nights Preparation Operative

Position: Nights Preparation Operative (Permanent)
Total Staff services are looking to recruit a Night Preparation Stager for our client based in Runcorn, this is a permanent role.

Main responsibility is for sterilising machines and rooms ready for the next day's production in an Aseptic Clean Room Unit.
Working with the Aseptic suite, you will be gowned to the standard required to follow the Compan SOP
Assist in the post-production strip down of clean rooms ready for hygiene routines to be undertaken
Assist as required, in the undertaking of cleans in all graded ares of the Aseptic Unit
Cleaning and preparing of cleanroom cabinets, machines and isolators ready fo production
Prepare bill of materials for the following days production
Transferrin raw materials for production into the compounding suites

Experience:

- Aseptic or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is essential
Ability to work alone or as part of a team to deliver a plan
Trained in manual handling procedures
Health & Safety awareness, including COSHH familiarity
A good understanbding of cGMP requirements
Basic verbal and written communication skills

Salary is £36,252
