Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Paint Sprayer to join our clients busy Paint Department in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out vehicle masking and preparation to a high standard

* Spray paint vehicles in line with quality and production requirements

* Work to production line takt times to ensure output targets are met

* Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the paint shop

* Adhere strictly to health & safety procedures, particularly when working with solvents

* Support team initiatives to maintain and improve quality standards

* Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in different units and supporting wider paint shop duties when required

Skills & Experience Required

* Previous experience in a commercial or industrial paint spraying role

* Strong understanding of health & safety, particularly when working with solvents

* Awareness of production line processes and takt times

* Ability to work in awkward or confined positions, including climbing over vehicles and entering/exiting vehicle bodies and hoppers

* Physically capable of occasional heavy lifting

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
