This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor at the Lead Edge Flexo Limited facility in Warrington. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production schedules and ensure efficient execution of production plans. Responsibilities include managing production operations, coordinating team activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining timely workflows while fostering clear communication within the team and with stakeholders.

• Proven expertise in Supervisory Skills, including team coordination and leadership.
• Proficiency in developing and managing Production Schedules and Production Planning to meet operational goals.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience in Production Management, ensuring quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
• Relevant industry experience in corrugated or flexographic printing is highly desirable.
• Critical problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Working knowledge of safety and manufacturing regulations is beneficial.
