Our client is a privately owned engineering company who work mainly with the petrochemical and food industries, are keen to train and develop a new recruit.

They are ideally seeking somebody who already has some basic engineering knowledge which may have been gained in previous employment or through education.

As a Trainee Welder your duties will be:

- You will learn to work from technical drawings/specification sheets.
MIG/TIG Welding- you will learn to weld to a high standard.
You will be involved in all areas of production and welding.

The successful Trainee Welder will have the following skills:

- Must have a background in some form of basic engineering.
Any exposure to any welding/fabrication would be advantageous.
Previous use of tools and working in a hands-on role.
Express an interest in learning about production and welding process from start to finish.
