Are you a Machine Setter looking to join a well-established business with great work-life balance on a growing new site, initially working with shrink wrap machinery?

You'll run and maintain machines that produce timber parts like window boards and linings. Expect hands-on work, quick setups, safety checks, and keeping things running smoothly with your team.

The role runs Monday to Thursday, 3pm to 1am, giving you a long weekend every week. Pay is competitive, with perks like a pension, occasional bonuses, Medicash, and discounted gym access.

The Role:

Operate and maintain a variety of timber production machines.
4-day week, Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 1am.
Weekend overtime available - 1.5x basic rate.

The Person :

Confident using - or quick to learn - woodworking machines like crosscuts, moulders, glue, wrap, paint, CNCs, and more.
Looking for a long term, secure role with training and progression opportunities.
