Kinetic Recruitment - Warehouse/Stores Operator (Runcorn)

Kinetic Recruitment are seeking a Warehouse/Stores Operator to join a well‑known engineering company in Runcorn. This role is to provide support during the busy period across December and into January.

Pay Rate:
£17 per hour
Overtime: first two hours at standard rate, then 1.5x thereafter, with 2x rate on Sundays

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm (8 hours paid, 30‑minute unpaid lunch, 15‑minute paid morning break)
Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm (5 hours, no lunch)
Weekend work: overtime only

Standard week: 37 hours, with optional overtime as required

Duties
Goods receipting
Packing and crating
Picking from stock
Producing shipping paperwork (delivery notes/invoices)
Lifting and manual handling

Candidate Requirements:
IT capability
Experience as a picker/packer
Previous stores experience
Safety boots required
