In the Manufacturing team at the Battery Assembly Centre (BAC), you'll help power iconic electric cars. You will be working alongside incredible technicians and leaders to drive our commitment to shape a future we truly believe in, together. • Lead and coach Team Leaders to achieve SQDCPE targets and ensure production readiness for all launch milestones.
• Oversee daily shift performance and report key metrics to Senior Production Leader.
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the production line.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance to resolve constraints and optimize throughput.
• Ensure adherence to Global Manufacturing System (GMS) and Quality Operating System (QOS) standards.
• Manage team performance, attendance, and development, including disciplinary and capability procedures.
• Support cost control initiatives and drive efficiency improvements aligned with business goals.

• Leadership in high‑volume or complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of safety systems and production processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving and data analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production planning tools.
• Experience in manpower planning and team development.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., GMS, PDCA, CCAR).
