We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead two Ofsted-regulated children’s homes in Warrington, located just 3 miles apart.

This is a rare opportunity to be involved from the very start of registration, building high-quality services from the ground up, supported by a strong senior leadership team.

One home is registration-ready now, with the second home due to open later this year, offering excellent earning potential and long-term career progression.

👤 The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As Dual Registered Manager, you will:

* Lead the full Ofsted registration process for both homes

* Provide strong, inspirational leadership to staff teams

* Ensure Outstanding standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance

* Build a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment

* Develop care plans focused on positive outcomes for young people

* Lead recruitment, supervision, training, and staff development

* Maintain excellent relationships with local authorities, professionals, and families

* Drive continuous improvement and service development

✅ Essential Requirements

* Previously held Ofsted registration in children’s residential care (within last 2 years)

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)

* Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 & Quality Standards

* Proven experience leading registrations and Ofsted inspections

* Excellent safeguarding and child protection knowledge

* Passion for therapeutic, trauma-informed care
