The business has scaled rapidly through multiple acquisitions and is now entering its next phase: embedding the group, driving organic growth, and continuing a disciplined M&A strategy .

The Role Lead group finance strategy across a multi-entity FMCG group Own acquisition activity: financial due diligence, integration, and value realisation Drive group budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting Strengthen financial controls, governance, and group structures Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, Board, and external stakeholders Support organic growth through insight-led, commercially focused finance

The Person Proven Group Finance Director or senior Finance Director experience Strong background in FMCG, consumer, or fast-moving multi-site environments Demonstrable experience of acquisitions and post-deal integration Commercial, strategic, and confident operating at board level High-calibre leader who raises standards and builds strong finance teams
